Semi annual performance Summary report for PEPFAR/DoS-funded EpiC/OVC component Life-saving project Implemented under the global Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EPiC) initiative covering the period from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The program reached 6,964 OVC and caregivers and achieved 110.52% of its target across eight high-HIV-burden sub-national units (Ayder Mekelle Special, Quiha Mekelle Special, Semen Mekelle Special, Wukro, Adigrat, Adwa, Shire) by strengthening HIV-inclusive case management and restoring critical services. The project improved prevention and treatment outcomes, achieving a 99.7% known their HIV status and a 95.72% viral suppression rate.
