Strategic Objectives (Goals)

The marginalized people, key populations and the neediest and vulnerable communities gain access to the holistic Social Services, health and development services.

Among those who gain access, the most at risk, poor and marginalized people, key populations and largely the neediest communities are identified and preferentially supported.

Increase the engagement of potential stakeholders which include the communities, media, civil society’s organizations, and faith based organizations, women and young people in planning, implementation and monitoring

Improve and maintain institutional sustainability through effective capacity building and resource mobilization strategy.

Camp Coordination and Camp Management and Communication with Communities (CCCM and CwC)

OSSHD/ UNHCR  CCCM and C&C project focuses on assisting internally displaced persons (IDPs) living both in collective centers and with host communities. It aims to establish and rehabilitate IDP drop-in centers in dispersed locations to provide assistance and coordination of services. The goal is to ensure a coordinated and area-based response to meet the urgent needs of vulnerable IDPs.

USAID funded KP HIV Prevention Program

This project is USAID funded project through PSI and is works on Scaling up of high-impact quality HIV prevention services to reduce HIV incidence among KP/PP at community-based service delivery points, including PrEP and Use of the Community-based approach to drive achievement along the 95-95-95 HIV care. It has two ART DIC and 3 non ART DIC’s in main towns of Tigray.
